Talk about being snubbed BIG TIME! My gf ask for Rapid Refund and did not get within 2 business like the owner said so we called to ask for the owner what was going on? He did not give a flying you know what and ignore are calls not until a week later saying its everyone's fault (IRS,GOVT,SYSTEM) are you kidding me? so why do offer it then? To top it off he CHARGED 60 BUCKS ALONE FOR RAPID REFUND TRANSACTION!!! The funny thing is the owner does not tell you and try to down play it...really shady. BALDWIN PARK LIBERTY TAX IS BE ON HORRIBLE.THE OWNER DOESNT CARE FOR YOU HE CARES FOR HIS MONEY ONLY!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT DO TAXES HERE AND SAVE $$$ AND A HEADACHE!!!
